West Spa is the product of two dynamic and committed businesswomen who happen to be sisters. They opened their doors in 2005 in the West Island of Montreal and surrounded themselves with a loyal and dedicated team of professionals and estheticians that have been with them for over 18 years since day one.

Medical Direction
Dr. Marchica studied medicine at the University of Montreal after earning a B.Sc. and M.Sc. from McGill University. She then completed her residency in Otolaryngology Head and Neck surgery at McGill University.
She is a treating physician at St. Mary’s Hospital and the Lakeshore General Hospital and is also an assistant professor of Otolaryngology at McGill University. Medical education is an integral part of her practice both at the residency and medical school levels.
Dr Marchica is passionate about aesthetic medicine and her knowledge in facial surgery allowed her to develop her practice in injectable treatments. She is a meticulous surgeon who listens to her patients. She aims for natural results to optimize your beauty while keeping the unique aspect of your face. She has a growing interest in Regenerative Aesthetics which have taken an important place in the future of aesthetic medicine.
